Roots Café began with the dynamic duo of Melissa Neubauer and Michelle Halloran. Adjacent to the winery, Roots is the newest addition to Inspire Moore. The food is created with the same philosophy as the wines, using as many local ingredients as can be found throughout any season. The meals are hand made with passion to provide patrons with a unique finger lakes food experience.  Everything is prepared from both an art perspective (Melissa) and a culinary arts perspective (Michelle).  Join them for an unbelievable Finger Lakes slow food concert.
